Jack Gibson CD release party set Saturday at Wasser

In celebration of the release of his new CD “Jack Unplugged” Greencastle musician Jack Gibson will be playing at Wasser Brewing Co. on Saturday, Sept. 16.

The 8-10:30 p.m. CD release party at the crafter brewery and pub will celebrate Gibson’s music and particularly the new CD, which was produced by Greencastle-based Wardco Studios.

Gibson’s music stems from his personal life experiences and beliefs. The stories he tells are those people can relate to in their everyday life.

The music is a mix of country, southern rock and alternative rock. Gibson is at his best when doing a one-man show because he loves to interact with the audience and give them the music they want to hear, from cover songs to his own original music.

He has performed on stage with Jerry Reed and Ricky Lynn Gregg, as well as opened for Travis Tritt, Marty Stuart, Montgomery Gentry, Kitty Wells, Little Jimmy Dickens, Gary Allan, Molly Hatchet and The Marshall Tucker Band. Learn more about Jack Gibson at JackGibson.band.
