Bon Appétit, which has been participating in Taste of Putnam County since 2014, served porchetta sliders, barbecue turkey lettuce wraps, dolce de leche brownies and cannoli cupcakes. Bon Appétit, operates Hoover Hall, 101 E. Hanna St., as an “all-you-care-to-eat” dining facility open to all. It features a full salad bar, made-to-order deli and grill, made-from-scratch pizza offerings, pasta station, international cuisine and freshly made desserts. Hoover Hall serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bon Appétit also offers a full-service catering department.
