‘Fall into Archery’ set Sept. 23 at Raccoon SRA

Interested persons can learn to shoot a bow at Raccoon State Recreation Area’s Fall into Archery program on Saturday, Sept. 23.

The program runs from 10 a.m. to noon at the property’s outdoor range. It will be taught by qualified instructors. Raccoon SRA will provide bows, arrows and targets.

Participants should meet at the practice field down the path to the left of the rules board on the archery trail. Limited parking is available next to the gatehouse. Archery trail maps are available at the gatehouse.
