Monday, October 30, 2017
Banner Graphic/ERIC BERNSEE After selecting a new coat adorned with peace symbols, it was on to a colorful pile of gloves for Eleanor Garl during the annual Coats for Kids effort Saturday at the Putnam County Fairgrounds.
