Cloverdale High School will feature the fall play production of The Butler Did It on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 17 and 18 at 7 p.m.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $5.

Socialite Miss Maple (portrayed by Hannah Williams) is hosting a weekend getaway for some of her favorite mystery writers at the isolated estate, Ravenswood Manor.

The famous oriental writer Louie Fan (Evan Williamson) will attend, as will the upper crust from Manhattan, Mr. and Mrs. Carlyle (Jeffrey Jurgens and Alida Welling).

Not to be outsleuthed will be Chandler Marlowe (Markus Priest), Father White (Jimmy Tate) or Peter Flimsey (Joseph Maldonado).

Miss Maple has created a charade and wants them all to play their parts.

Somewhere in the fun, a real murder is committed. But who did it? Was it a writer looking for a new angle or could it have been the mansion staff (Jessica Gieger or Ruthie Mann)?

And when will mystery writer Charity Haze (Bethany Stiers) arrive?

The play is under the direction of Brad Sandy, with assistance from Jennifer Mann. Ki Hedge is serving as student director and stage crew members

are Kiara Boyd, Levi Barton, Michaela Nees and Grant Maners.

Drinks and snacks can be purchased during intermission.
