Park hosting events with Santa, Grinch next month

The Greencastle Parks and Recreation Department has connections with some pretty popular people this December.

On Saturday, Dec. 9, Santa Claus will be making phone calls to registered Greencastle youth (ages 2-7) from his North Pole hideaway.

Fill out a registration form, available at City Hall, by Dec. 7 to get on Santa’s list.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, Dec. 16, the Grinch will be having breakfast with the Park Department and friends at the Putnam Inn, 400 N. Jackson St., Greenccastle, from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
