County Jail

Fifteen people were booked in the Putnam County Jail recently.

Monday

• At 4:01 a.m. Zachary David Johnson, 18, Gosport, was lodged at the jail for interference with the reporting of a crime, battery, public intoxication and being a minor in consumption of alcohol.

• At 1:51 a.m. Logan Michael Galloway, 19, Greencastle, was booked in for unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of a synthetic drug or lookalike substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

• At 12:12 a.m. Jacob Anthony Ruffin, 20, Speedway, was housed at the jail for possession of cocaine, driving while intoxicated, possession of paraphernalia with a prior conviction and being a minor in consumption of alcohol.

Sunday

• At 6:50 p.m. Scott Dale Griffin, 43, Fillmore, was booked in for driving as a habitual traffic violator, driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.

• At 5:24 a.m. Jerrod Lee Fislar, 31, Reelsville, was lodged at the jail for driving while intoxicated with alcohol.

• At 4:53 a.m. Nicholas Eugene Weddell, 36, Greencastle, was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated with alcohol, driving while intoxicated per se and driving while intoxicated endangering a person.

Saturday

• At 8:34 p.m. Jared Lee Gilbert, 33, Indianapolis, was housed at the jail for possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated.

Friday

• At 8:49 p.m. Chrisee Nicole Walton, 33, Cloverdale, was booked in on a local warrant.

• At 8:04 p.m. Donald Glen Bishop Jr., 32, Fillmore, was lodged at the jail for possession of marijuana, driving as a habitual traffic violator and driving while intoxicated.

• At 6:21 p.m. Lawrence Lee Gordon, 47, Roachdale, was taken into custody on a court order.

• At 3:19 p.m. Jessica Jeanell Wilson, 36, Crawfordsville, was housed at the jail on a local warrant.

• At 1:28 p.m. Brian Keith Watts, 26, Indianapolis, was booked in for possession of paraphernalia with a prior conviction and driving with a suspended license.

• At 10:12 a.m. Raymond Kenta Phifer, 43, Kansas City, Mo., was lodged at the jail for possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance.

Thursday

• At 8:56 p.m. Creshawn DeAndre Cole, 28, Indianapolis, was taken into custody on a local warrant.

• At 9:36 a.m. Collins Edward Lueallen, 29, Bloomington, was housed at the jail on a hold for Lake County, Fla.

City Police

A traffic stop Friday morning resulted in the arrest for three individuals, Greencastle City Police reported.

At 9 a.m. Friday, Officer Kyle Lee stopped a vehicle being driven by Shannon Ray Barger, 39, Greencastle, at U.S. 231 and County Road 25 South.

Arrested and lodged in the Putnam County Jail as a result of the stop were:

• Barger, charged with driving with a suspended license with a prior offense and possession of paraphernalia with a prior conviction.

• Corey L. Duff, 40, Greencastle, who was charged with unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of paraphernalia.

Duff was also wanted on two Putnam County warrants for failure to appear.

• Audrey R. Cordes, 42, Greencastle, who was charged with possession of paraphernalia.

Cordes was also wanted on warrants from Boone, Marion and Hendricks counties.

The Boone County charge is for unlawful possession of a syringe with a prior conviction. Marion County charges include theft and criminal trespass.

Her Hendricks County warrants are for theft, theft with a prior conviction, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a syringe. Another Hendricks County warrant is for failure to appear.
