ALICIA HAYWOOD, of Greencastle, was recognized by Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) for earning a 3.5 grade point average or higher during the fall 2017 semester and earning a spot on the dean’s list. A total of 622 students were honored.

To be placed on the dean’s list, the student must be a full-time undergraduate and have a 3.5 (or higher) grade point average for the semester.

A pair of Greencastle residents were named to the fall 2017 dean’s list at Butler University in Indianapolis.

BAILEY BERISH, health sciences, and BRADEN PERSHING, accounting, both earned the distinction.

Any degree-seeking undergraduate student earning at least 12 academic hours of grade credit in a given semester may be placed on the dean’s list of the college of enrollment if the semester grade point average is in the top 20 percent of all eligible students in that college.

In the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, it is the top 20 percent of COPHS students in each curricular year who are named to the Dean’s List.
