Quilt Project

Friday, March 23, 2018
Students in the Greencastle Middle School Life Skills class have created a quilt to be auctioned in the first of two auctions of twin quilts this year. Fifty percent of the auction proceeds will go to the program to keep its charity work going, while the other half will go to the NICU Unit at Riley Hospital for Children. The highest bid is now $125. Bidding will be open until April 20. Displaying the quilt (from left) are Damien Sabin, Griffin Abell and teacher Beth Williams. The first installment of the two twin quilts is reflective of the GMS Tiger Cub spirit. The Life Skills class spent several hours from the start of school until February creating the quilts.
