Plenty of kicks for kids at May Second Saturday

Friday, May 11, 2018

Big Bounce Fun House, the Greencastle McDonald’s and the Greencastle Presbyterian Church invite local residents to an evening of free family entertainment Saturday as the Second Saturday event series continues in the heart of downtown Greencastle.

At 7 p.m. Greencastle‘s All-American Karate Academy “kicks” things off with an opening performance, followed by magician Daniel Lusk and his “Be Bigger Than a Bully” show, an important message for every child to hear.

Big Bounce Fun House will also have a ninja obstacle course on hand, and the evening will conclude by watching one of the all-time classic karate movies. Kids are invited to come in their ninja outfits.

Second Saturdays take place on South Indiana Street in the block between the square and Walnut Street with several shopping and eating options available.

Big Bounce Fun House and Greencastle Presbyterian Church are also looking for other organizations and corporate sponsors to support the Second Saturday events.

If you or your group would like to volunteer or financially help support future entertainers, contact Andy or Susan Lorimer at 1-866-JUMP-TOO (1-866-586-7866) or Pastor Wes Kendall at 653-5713.
