No More Hard Knocks

Monday, June 4, 2018
It’s happily ever after for Annie (played by Crawfordsville fifth-grader Emery Jane Allen), her benefactor, Oliver Warbucks (Ric McFadden), and Grace Farrell (Lisa McCoy) as the resourceful orphan weathers the ups and downs of Miss Hannigan’s orphanage in the popular musical “Annie” opening the Putnam County Playhouse season Thursday. The musical will be produced June 7-10 and June 13-16 at the Hazel Day Longden Theatre off Round Barn Road in Greencastle. All performances begin at 8 p.m. except Sunday, June 10 when the curtain goes up at 3 p.m. All tickets are $10 and can be reserved by calling the box office at 653-5880 from 5-7 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Some performances are nearly sold out.
