Richard E. 'Ricky' Robinson

Richard E. "Ricky" Robinson, 66, of Greencastle, passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 14, 2018.

He was born June 30, 1951 in Greencastle, the son of Charles Dew and Willa May (Sligh) Robinson.

A graduate of Greencastle High School, Ricky had been a truck driver for several years and proudly served in the National Guard for several years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Randy Robinson; grandmother Lucille Brousard; aunt Virginia Sligh; cousin Tony Churchhill; nephew Aaron Brousard; and a great niece.

Ricky is survived by his wife, Kathy Robinson; son Ricky Robinson; brothers Charles "Chuck" Brousard and Brent Robinson; stepbrother Clifford Dew; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Ricky's life will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 30 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 802 S. Crown St., Greencastle.
