Cloverdale schools set 2018-19 registration

Offices for Cloverdale Community Schools will be open for new students' registration on Monday, July 30 at 8 a.m. with the first student day scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 7.

New students registering on July 30 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents are required to bring a copy of their child's birth certificate and immunization record.

Students new to Cloverdale Middle School and Cloverdale High School are asked to call to schedule an appointment to register for the upcoming year (call CMS at 765-795-2900 or CHS at 765-795-4203). New students to Cloverdale Elementary do not need an appointment.

Parents may register their returning students on Tuesday, July 31 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 5-7 p.m.

Registration for all returning students to Cloverdale Community Schools will be conducted online beginning Monday, July 30 at 10 a.m.

Parents will be able to register through the CCSC webpage at www.cloverdale.k12.in.us. All state and CCSC forms required for registration are available online.

All returning students will need their Harmony user names and passwords to register. User names and passwords remain the same as last year.

Online registration may be completed from any computer with internet access. Any parent who does not have internet access or would prefer to receive assistance with the process is encouraged to register at any Cloverdale School on July 31 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 5-7 p.m.

Payment for textbooks is expected at the time of registration. Payment may be made online using a credit card or debit card.

Free and reduced lunch applications are available in the schools. Also, the free and reduced lunch application will be available with online registration at www.cloverdale.k12.in.us.
