Theresa Lucia Myers

Theresa Lucia Myers, 85, of Greencastle, passed away Friday, Aug. 3, 2018, at Hickory Creek at Sunset with her family by her side.

Theresa was born in San Antonio, Texas, on March 29, 1933, the daughter of Albert and Maria (Peise) Campos.

Mrs. Myers was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.

She was an active volunteer at the Putnam County Senior Center for many years. She had a passion for yard sales.

Survivors include four children, RoseMary Wainman, (husband Perry), Greencastle, Gilbert Gillison, Indianapolis, Paul Myers, (wife Buffy), Greencastle, and William Myers, (wife Shelly), Wheeling, W.Va.; 18 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two sisters; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 14 years, Paul R. Myers; a daughter, Maggie Campbell; a son, Larry Myers; and several brothers and sisters.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 7 at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle. A cremation will take place after services.

Visitation will be held at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until time of service.
