New PCPL director to speak at Living with Low Vision meeting

There will be a Living with Low Vision meeting from 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 21 at Putnam County Comprehensive Services, 630 Tennessee St., Greencastle.

The speaker will be Brian Briscoe, the new director of the Putnam County Public Library.

Attendees are invited to bring a friend or family member to this meeting.
