Continuing a tradition of excellence, the South Putnam FFA chapter was recently recognized at the 2018 National Chapter Award Program as a two-star chapter.

More than 20 agricultural teachers, state leaders and college professors from throughout the U.S. met in Indianapolis to determine what FFA members and teams will compete for top honors in the 2018 National FFA Agriscience Fair.

The program recognizes outstanding FFA chapters from throughout the country that actively implement the mission and strategies of the organization. Chapters are rewarded for providing educational experiences for the entire membership.
