Sharon Kay Spurr

Sharon Kay Spurr, 78, of Greencastle, passed away Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018.

She was born July 16, 1940 in Fountain County to Keith and Bonnie Jean (Lewis) Spurr.

She was a nurse at the VA in Indianapolis for 40 years.

Sharon is survived by her brother, David K. Spurr and wife Sally H. Spurr, and niece Polly Haysman.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12 at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale, with funeral services starting at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Clinton Falls Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Putnam County Humane Society.
