Round Barn Daycare hosts Silly Safari for local families

Did the rain mess up your plans this past weekend? You weren’t the only one.

Greencastle’s Second Saturday event had to be postponed but the fun is still on.

Round Barn Daycare is hosting a Silly Safari at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14. All families in the community are invited to this entirely free event at Greencastle Presbyterian Church at 653 S. CR 100 East for an evening of wild animals sure to delight and surprise kids.

The fun continues after the animal show with bounce houses and an under the stars movie featuring your favorite little action dog.

Round Barn Daycare is a recent recipient of Putnam County’s 100-Plus Men Who Care grant and is making strides to become a Level 3 Paths to Quality program by the fall of 2019. Staff and board members will be on hand to show families around our classrooms.

Just like other Second Saturday events, many thanks go to Big Bounce Fun House Rentals, McDonald’s and other volunteers and financial supporters.
