Blind Ambition

Tuesday, September 18, 2018
Paul (Drew A. Harris, left) isn’t so sure that a blind date arranged between his mother-in-law and her upstairs neighbor is such a good idea in a scene from the Putnam County Playhouse comedy “Barefoot in the Park,” which brings the curtain down on the local theater group’s season this week. Paul’s wife Corie (Sarah Bond, second from left) sets up her mother, Mrs. Banks (Tammy Hunter), and neighbor Mr. Velasco (Don Wilson) for the date in the Neil Simon comedy. The play concludes its run with 8 p.m. shows Wednesday through Saturday, Sept. 19-22 at the Hazel Day Longden Theatre off Round Barn Road in Greencastle. For ticket information, persons may call the box office at 653-5880 between 5 and 7 p.m. daily.
