Mind Your Health 5K Run/Walk set for Saturday at DPU Nature Park

The 12th annual Mind Your Health Run/Walk is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 6 at the DePauw University Nature Park.

All community members are welcome and encouraged to participate to race, run or just have a walk to help support a great cause

The link between being physically sound and having good mental health is well documented, but you also get to know all proceeds remain in Putnam County and go toward mental health education, advocacy and support.

There is a $50 prize for each male and female winner, plus the first five kids (children under 18) will get coupons for free pizza.

Registration starts at 4:30 p.m. and the race begins at 5. Registration is $20 for adults and $15 for children.
