Zeiner said that Ross lived alone at his 409 E. Walnut St. residence and has no family that investigators can find so far.

Ross is believed to have spent a lot of time at the Putnam County Senior Center. Zeiner had plans to visit the Senior Center Monday to learn more as the investigation continues.
