Martha Ann Goodpasture Brewer

Martha Ann Goodpasture Brewer, 76, Clayton and Sebring, Fla., passed away Sunday morning, Nov. 19, 2018.

She was born in Greencastle on Sept. 17, 1942, the daughter of Freeman and Lillian Maxwell Goodpasture.

She was a 1960 graduate of Belle Union High School.

She was the former owner of the Mill Creek Inn and was also the former co-owner of Cooper's Hardware, both in Stilesville.

Martha had also worked with her husband in their farming operation.

She is survived by a daughter, Rosann (Joe) Settles, Clayton, and a son, Brian Cooper, Stilesville; a stepson, Greg Brewer, Clayton; grandchildren Josh (Charla) Settles, Jeremy Settles, Krystin (Tyler) Rines, Justin (Meghan) Cooper, Kayla (Misty) Cooper, Chance (Terasa) Brewer, Caleb Brewer and Logan Brewer; nine great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded by her parents, husband William Brewer, and a brother, Wendell Goodpasture.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bousley Funeral Home, Coatesville, with Pastor Steve Ranson officiating.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8 p.m.
