Richard Kenneth Pronckus

Richard Kenneth Pronckus, 85, of Bainbridge, passed away Monday, Dec. 24, 2018.

He was born on July 25, 1933 in Chicago, Ill., to the late Chris and Patricia (Kaugth) Pronckus.

On July 14, 2015 he married Martha (Stevens) Pronchus. She survives.

After graduating high school, Richard attended college and then served our country in the United States Army during the Korean War.

Richard owned his own door and window company for many years. He also served currently as the Monroe Township trustee.

He was a member of Bainbridge Methodist Church, Greencastle Masonic Lodge and the Murat Shrine Temple in Indianapolis.

Richard enjoyed cooking, having barbecues with his friends and being around people. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Pronckus, Bainbridge, four stepchildren, two stepgrandchildren and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29 at Bainbridge Cemetery with Pastor Casey Archer officiating, as well as masonic and military rites.
