New hours for Community Help Desk at library

Putnam County Public Library’s Community Help Desk will have new, reduced hours beginning in January.

Starting Wednesday, Jan. 2, the Community Help Desk will be 4-7:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays at the library, 103 E. Poplar St., Greencastle.

The Community Help Desk is a free service offered by PCPL to assist with electronic devices.

During Community Help Desk hours, a computer technician will be available to diagnose and help repair computers and electronics on a first-come, first-served basis.

Persons may bring in laptops, desktop towers, tablets, cell phones or anything electronic. However, patrons must accompany their computers or electronics at all times; no drop-offs will be accepted.
