GMS students perform in All-State Honor Choir

Three outstanding vocal students from Greencastle Middle School were chosen to participate in the Indiana Music Educators Association Middle School All-State Honor Choir at the IMEA professional development conference conducted Jan. 17-19 in Ft. Wayne.

Alice Howard, Hannah Seaman and Andrew Adams were three of 160 middle school students selected from around the state to participate after a rigorous audition process.

The students had a full day of rehearsals on Thursday, Jan. 17 followed by another half-day of rehearsals Friday, Jan. 18. They then presented a full public concert on Friday afternoon at the Embassy Theater in Ft. Wayne.
