Monday, February 25, 2019

Registration is now open for the 2019 Putnam-Montgomery Nonprofit Learning Series. Speakers will bring innovative takes on today’s most pressing nonprofit issues.

The series is geared toward community leaders who staff or volunteer with nonprofit organizations, churches and units of government who wish to increase their knowledge in areas of social media, finance, fundraising and more.

“Great communities have an established culture of volunteerism, and Putnam County is certainly no exception,” Brandon Wells, executive director of the Putnam County Community Foundation, said. “The Putnam County Community Foundation is pleased to offer support and resources to the volunteers and nonprofit leaders who continue to strengthen our county and empower us all.”

The Putnam-Montgomery Learning Series is presented by the Putnam County Community Foundation and the Montgomery Community Foundation, with special thanks to local sponsors.

The March and April workshops will be held in Crawfordsville at the Crawfordsville Country Club while the September and October workshops in Greencastle at the Inn at DePauw. Individual workshops are from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and cost $20 per session, including lunch.
