Curtis M. Keesee

Curtis M. Keesee, 37, of Poland, passed away Saturday, Feb. 23, 2019.

He was born Aug. 17, 1981 in Indianapolis to Mark Keesee and Grace Michelle (Arnold) Carr.

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Heather (McDougall) Keesee; children Mariah Jade Marie Keesee, Curtis Mitchell Keesee Jr., Levi Lane Keesee and Maddison Lynn Jean Keesee; sister Marsha Thomas; nephews Andrew Thomas and Noah Thomas; and his parents.

Funeral services for Curtis will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, March 9 at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the service time Saturday.

Curt attended Ben Davis in Indianapolis prior to moving to Cloverdale Community Schools. After employment with the Carrier Corporation in Indianapolis and working as a machine operator for Ray's Recycling, Curt became a electrician for Deaton Electric of Poland.

Curt was an amazing husband and father who always put family first. His greatest pleasure was his family and he spent countless hours with his children. Curt was a generous friend with a joyful spirit. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and dirt bikes. Curt was a beloved friend and family member who will be greatly missed.
