• At 8:26 a.m. on Monday, Emma G. Tobin, 16, Greencastle, was northbound on County Road 25 East just north of Rangeline Road in a 2007 Honda CR-V.

Upon leaving the road, the vehicle hit a utility pole. Damage was contained to the front engine compartment.
