Scary Ride

Putnam County Sheriff’s Department deputies reported a property-damage accident occurring near County Road 125 North and County Road 25 East Thursday evening. The driver reportedly lost control of his pickup truck, striking a telephone pole and landing upside down. No serious injuries occurred, deputies reported. Adams Towing took care of the vehicle and Parke County REMC arrived to fix the pole. No additional information was available at presstime.
