Under Fire

As other drivers stop and keep their distance, a car goes up in flames Tuesday evening in front of near the entrance of Edgelea on U.S. 231 north of Greencastle. Witnesses inside the nearby Fairway restaurant and in another vehicle told the Banner Graphic that a woman was in the car as the fire started but bystanders helped her out before the flames began to spread. The incident occurred around 6:45 p.m.
