Down the Tubes

Unloading a trailer full of old televisions and air conditioners is just a small part of a busy five hours of Tox-Away Day Saturday at Area 30 Career Center in Greencastle. More than 500 area residents attended the the drive-through event sponsored by West Central Solid Waste District. Participants were able to drop off tires, appliances, electronics and hazardous wastes. The next Tox-Away Day is Saturday, June 8 at North Montgomery High School north of Crawfordsville.
