Local rock favorite Legend Puncher will be the main act jamming out for this week’s edition of ParkFest Tuesday evening at Robe-Ann Park.

The music will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the bandshell, and food will be provided via a food truck serviced by Bon Appetit.

Legend Puncher is made up of drummer Jonathan Nichols-Pethik, bassist Matt Cummings and guitarists Rich Martoglio and Daniel Gurnon. On their Facebook page, the group describes itself as “a band of four washed-up, post-punk adults who all sold out for jobs, 401k’s and a family, and now play the songs that inspired revolution.”

The opening act for the evening will be Tony Hopkins.

ParkFest is scheduled to pick back up on June 18, with the Covered Bridge Harmony a capella group and the jazz trio Convergence to take the stage.
