Putnam Scanner for June 28, 2019

Three people were booked in the Putnam County Jail recently.

Thursday

• At 4:50 a.m. Robert Johnathan Speedy, 21, Beech Grove, was lodged at the jail on a local warrant.

Wednesday

• At 12:24 a.m. Angela Lynne Harris, 43, Greencastle, was taken into custody on a local warrant.

Tuesday

• At 8:51 p.m. Greggory William Harris, 28, Cloverdale, was booked in on a local warrant.

City Fire

The Greencastle Fire Department responded to one recent dispatch:

• At 1:58 p.m. on Wednesday, GFD was called to 614 Westlane Rd. to rescue an elderly man trapped in a crawl space. Units arrived at the residence at 2:06 p.m. but the individual had already been freed. GFD went back into service at 2:08 p.m.

Additionally, GFD performed three medical assists around this time.
