Waiting in the Wings

Thursday, August 8, 2019
Excited to get a visual of ongoing renovations being done, the North Putnam School Board, along with administrators and Superintendent Nicole Singer, recently toured all four buildings in the corporation preceding the start of the school year Tuesday evening. After seeing a completely overhauled former classroom that will become office space, as well as evidence of work on the gym roof, Singer, board member Amber Greene (center-right) and the group follow Matt Griffey of Shambaugh & Son (left) out of Roachdale Elementary School. Griffey was accompanied by Ken Patterson, also from Shambaugh, and Ryan Nicholson of Pepper Construction Group, all of whom ran through the projects which are already completed or are under way. They also discussed improvements that will continue to be implemented from now through the initiative’s majority completion, which has been projected approximately for late-2020.
