DePauw construction update

As DePauw University continues a series of construction projects on campus, streets remain restricted or closed around campus.

The following is an update for the week of Aug. 12-16.

• In order to advance the work on Residence Hall 1 and the Storm Sewer reconstruction projects, we have been granted permission from the city to extend the contractors’ working hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

• College Avenue is two-way south of Olive Street due to construction that has closed the Olive Street intersection. The two-way traffic pattern will continue until further notice.

• Olive Street will be closed from Locust Street to Indiana Street.

• The Olive Street and College Avenue intersection will remain closed until further notice.

• Larrabee Street is closed east of Indiana Street until Friday, Aug. 16.

• Indiana Street is closed between Hanna Street and the Julian Parking lot entrance.
