Right-of-Way Road to close for paving Friday

FILLMORE — The northern route between Greencastle and Fillmore will be closed several days for paving beginning on Friday Sept. 13.

The Putnam County Highway Department announced this week that Right-of-Way Road in Greencastle and Marion townships will be closed to through traffic.

The road is being repaved by Wabash Valley Asphalt and is being funded largely by a Community Crossings grant through the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT).

The work is expected to last several days into next week.
