Learn to optimize your iPhone camera

Ever wonder exactly how powerful that camera in your smarthphone can be? The Putnam County Photogrpahy Club is inviting fellow amateur photogaphers to learn a bit more at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Gobin United Methodist Church.

Local photographer Rad Drew will present “Discover the Magic - iPhone Photography” in the Collonade Room at the church.

Drew will share apps, processes and techniques that will help discover the magic of the iPhone. Android users are welcome, but the primary focus will be iPhone and iOS.

Part of his presentation will be the SnapSeed workflow for iOS and Android to be used on all images, as well as introducing Lightroom for both platforms for recording and processing RAW files for optimal quality.

Free apps to install before the presentation are Lightroom and SnapSpeed, which are available in the App Store or Google Play Store.
