Guy Dean Stewart

Guy Dean Stewart, 54, of Greencastle, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019.

He was born June 28, 1965 in Greencastle, the son of Gerald Lee and Charlotte (Knight) Stewart.

Guy was a 1983 graduate of Greencastle High School.

Guy had worked at the Walmart Supercenter for 16 years. He had also worked several years in construction.

He is survived by his son, James Drew Stewart; companion Shannon Fislar; brothers, Coty L. (Jill) Stewart and Ty D. Stewart; a sister, Chana D. (companion Jason) Stewart; Shannon’s children, Brice Adam Robertson and Fred Anthony Fislar; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends from 3-6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 20 at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct 21 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Clinton Falls Cemetery.
