Local Extension club plans 41st annual Holiday Craft Fair

The 41st annual Holiday Craft Fair, sponsored by the Past Presidents Extension Homemakers Club is set for Nov. 1 and 2 at the Putnam County Fairgrounds Community Building.

A total of 64 booths willb e set up to accommodate craters and other home product vendors. Food will be available both days of the fair, beginning with dinner on Friday, followed by breakfast and lunch on Saturday.

The event opens from 4-8 p.m. Friday, followed by Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The fair offers the chance to do some holiday shopping, with unique and interesting items available.

An assortment of crafters’ products will include handmade jewelry, handcrafted holiday ornaments, quilts, knitted items, crocheted items, embroidered items, aprons and doll clothes, potholders, coasters, purses, homemade soaps and lotions, greeting cards, hand-drawn pencil art prints, silk flower arrangements, baskets, vintage tea cup wreaths, holiday wreaths, woodworking items including hand-turned ink pens, outdoor furniture, personalized room signs, custom-engraved tumblers and rag rugs.

All kinds of homemade food will also be available, including fudge, cookies, caktes, pies, noodles, cheese balls and many other selections.

A few of the commercial vendors include Pampered Chef, Tupperware, Thirty-One organizational items, Origami Owl custom jewelry, LuLaRoe clothing, wax warmers and diffuser oils, laundry products, Paparazzi Jewelry, doTerra, Rada Cutlery and much more.
