Sandra Fay Oty

Sandra Fay Oty, 66, of Fillmore, passed away Sunday, Nov. 10, 2019, at her residence surrounded by family.

Sandra was born in Indianapolis on Feb. 12, 1953 the daughter of Haskell and Narcissus (Gosser) Pierce.

She attended Franklin Central High School.

Survivors include her husband, Terry Oty, Fillmore; three sons, John Prosser (wife Melissa), Jason Prosser and Derrick Burroff; a daughter, April Oty; five sisters, Tina Stewart (husband Bob), Tonya, Cheryl, Isis and Shawna James; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A visitation will be held from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 17 at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home.
