Thursday, March 19, 2020

ROACHDALE — Tri-County Bank & Trust has closed its lobbies to the public, the company announced Wednesday.

The measure, which took effect Thursday, is in response to the COVID-19 outbreak with the health and safety of customers and staff in mind.

The lobbies will remain closed to the public until it is deemed safe to reopen.

In the meantime, the drive-up windows of the bank remain open. Additionally, internet banking and telephone services will not be affected.

“We encourage customers needing services inside the bank lobby to contact the bank to set an appointment,” a statement from bank officials read.

While the bank does not plan to reduce lending, alternative means of meeting will be utilized.

Bank staff will be available during the bank’s normal banking hours.

Tri-County Bank has locations in Roachdale, Bainbridge, Russellville and two branches in Crawfordsville.
