UPDATE: Gleaners holding drive-through at GCC Saturday morning

A Gleaners mobile food giveaway is scheduled for Saturday, April 4 in the parking lot of Greencastle Christian Church, 630 Primrose Lane.

The giveaway is set for 10 a.m. until noon and will be a drive-through event.

Those in need and wish to take part will not be required to bring their own boxes or bags. Instead, Gleaners will be handing out pre-boxed food.

Clients will be asked to remain in their vehicles.

There is no age limit, but clients must verify identification as Putnam County residents.

There will be volunteers and possibly police directing traffic at the church.
