Chamber golf event proceeds to aid small local businesses

The Putnam County Chamber of Commerce will hold its annal Chamber Golf Scramble on Friday, July 10 at Clover Meadows Golf Course.

Fifty percent of all profits will go toward helping small businesses get restarted after the COVID-19 situation.

Entry fees cover 18 holes of golf, use of a cart, lunch, beer and snacks, along with a chance to network and enjoy the day. Players should arrive by 10:30 a.m.

The cost is $65 per person or $260 for a foursome.

Anyone interested can also sponsor an essential employees or first responders team.
