McCammon - 50th Anniversary

Leland and Jo Ann (Brown) McCammon of Cloverdale recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

The couple was married on July 5, 1970 in Columbus, Ind., at the Columbus Church of Christ.

Leland and Jo Ann are both proud graduates of Indiana State University with education degrees. Leland retired as principal of Cloverdale Elementary School in 1995. Jo Ann was both homemaker and teacher. They have both served as teachers at Cloverdale Church of Christ, and Leland is also a deacon and treasurer.

The couple has enjoyed traveling across the U.S., summer band concerts in Brazil and attending many, many sporting events, especially ones involving their grandchildren, Bryce and Kendyl McCammon, who reside in Delphi with parents Brian and Cara McCammon.
