Mystery Crash

Thursday, August 6, 2020
With no concrete details as to how the incident occurred, a wrecked car blocked Stadium Drive on the city’s east side Thursday morning. The Greencastle Fire Department assists Sgt. Ed Wilson of the Greencastle Police Department with analyzing the heavily damaged vehicle.

Skid marks could be seen near a utility pole where the vehicle was located. It is unclear whether the damaged vehicle was the only one involved. A resident stated that the driver fled from the scene.

  • Well its easy enough to find out who owns the car, run the plate and the VIN number. Or they could just impound it and wait for someone to report it stolen .
