County Jail

Ten people were booked in the Putnam County Jail recently.

Thursday

• At 12:41 a.m. Hope A. Misamore, 34, Greencastle, was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine.

Wednesday

• At 2:40 p.m. Joshua A. Harbrueger, 36, Terre Haute, was housed at the jail for nonsupport of a dependent child.

• At 2:31 p.m. Barbara A. Kapaun, 53, Clinton, was booked in for sexual misconduct.

• At 11:09 a.m. Ashley H. Wagner, 35, Terre Haute, was lodged at the jail on two counts of nonsupport of a dependent child.

• At 4:06 a.m. Kirsten L. Phillips, 29, Cloverdale, was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine, visiting a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia with a prior conviction, possession of marijuana, theft and on a Marion County warrant.

• At 3:36 a.m. Donna F. Dibiase, 39, Cloverdale, was housed at the jail for dealing in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a syringe, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana.

• At 3:22: a.m. Stacy D. Cox, 51, Cloverdale, was booked in for possession of methamphetamine, visiting a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia with a prior conviction.

• At 2:58 a.m. Ronald W. Cottrill II, 36, Cloverdale, was lodged at the jail for possession of methamphetamine, visiting a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Tuesday

• At 11:42 p.m. James W. Mowery, 35, Quincy, was taken into custody for driving a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator.

• At 9:52 p.m. Jesse L. Monnett, 29, Cloverdale, was housed at the jail for possession of methamphetamine, driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.

Sheriff’s Office

Putnam County sheriff’s deputies investigated one recent property-damage crash.

• At 8:05 a.m. on Monday, Ashlyn L. Guyer, 17, Greencastle, was southbound on Heritage Drive in the Gettysburg Subdivision in a 2006 Ford Fusion.

Guyer approached a downill curve and lost control on the surface that had become wet from a morning drizzle. She lost control, left the road and hit several small trees, causing heavy front-end damage.

Reserve Deputy Ken Rozelle said speed was likely a factor.

Rozelle estimated damage at $2,500-$5,000.
