Danny Harold ‘Fish’ Fisher

Danny Harold “Fish” Fisher, 67, of Fillmore, passed from this life, and gained his angel wings, on Dec. 16, 2020, after a long battle with cancer.

He was born in Beech Grove on March 21, 1953, to the late Harold L. and Barbara J. (Mayville) Fisher, who survives.

Danny leaves behind his wife, Glenna Fisher of Fillmore; mother, Barbara Fisher of Greencastle; children Lisa Pryor (David) of New Castle, and Heather Williams (Mark) of Greensburg; siblings Steven Fisher (Candy) of Indianapolis and Jean Dreihs (John) of New Castle; grandchildren Ashley Brown (Tyler) of New Castle and Kendera Downing of Greensburg; grandson, Keegan; along with several nieces and nephews.

Immediate family and close friends will gather for visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 22 at Hazelwood Christian Church. A Celebration of Life Service will be held privately. Pastor Tim Gephart will officiate, and burial will follow in Stilesville Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Danny’s family is seeking assistance with his final expenses. Memorial contributions may be made to Light Memorial & Funeral Chapel, 585 E. Main St., Monrovia, IN 46157.
