Putnam County Classic, Regional Basketball Information

There is plenty of basketball action across Putnam and Montgomery County Saturday with all three host sites for play following similar guidelines.

After each game of the IHSAA Greencastle and Southmont Girls’ Basketball Regionals, and after each game of the Putnam County Classic, the gymnasiums will be emptied for cleaning to take place.. All spectators will be expected to leave at that time as all tickets are for a single session. All tickets will be sold presale.

Tickets at Greencastle cost $8 plus $1 fee. Spectators for the second game will be notified when they are allowed to come in. Gates open for game one at 9 a.m. Gates open for the regional final at 7 p.m. Seats behind each team are reserved; Indian Creek and Brownstown Central fans will sit on the home side bleachers while Tri-West and Bishop Chatard fans will sit on the visitor side bleachers. Spectators will be limited to 25 percent capacity, which is approximate 1,000. Games will be live-streamed on ihsaatv.org.

At Southmont, all tickets to the South Putnam-Shenandoah game have already been sold. South Putnam is the home team and will enter at door No. 1 to Southmont High School. Fans will sit across from the South Putnam bench..Doors open at 12:30 p.m. for the game. Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. for the final. Tickets for the final will cost $8 plus $.50 fee. Links for ticket sales will be given to each winning school following the conclusion of their game. Games will be live-streamed on ihsaatv.org.

At the Putnam County Classic, doors open at Cloverdale at 8 a.m. for the opening game of the tournament. Doors will open at 11:15 a.m. for the second game. Doors will open at 4 p.m. for the consolation game. Doors will open at 7:15 p.m. for the championship game. All tickets are single session and each school will be allotted 200 tickets per game. Seating will be designated upon arrival.
