MHAoPC accepting 2021 nominations for annual awards

Mental Health America of Putnam County (MHAoPC) is now accepting nominations for its 2021 Person and Educator of the Year awards.

These awards recognize the work a particular teacher or a community member has done regarding mental health. They can be people who shared mental resources in the community, coordinated organized events or workshops regarding mental health or had an impact on an individual personally.

Nomination forms can be received from and then emailed to MHAoPC Executive Director Karen Martoglio at director@mhaopc.org. Forms may also be mailed to MHAoPC at 10 ˝ N. Jackson St., Greencastle, IN 46135, or by text to 765-246-1003.

The submission deadline will be at noon on April 27.

Both the award winners and the nominators will be able to join MHAoPC’s annual meeting on Monday, May 10 at 7 p.m. at the Roachdale Community Center.

Nominators have been enlisted to ensure the selected nominee’s attendance to the meeting to receive their recognitions.
