Presbyterian Church hosts screening of new film ‘The Father’

Greencastle Presbyterian Church will be hosting a watch party of the new film “The Father” starring Anthony Hopkins on Wednesday, April 14 at noon.

Lauded for Hopkins’ performance, the movie depicts caring for an aging parent or loved one.

The film is being shown as part of an effort to raise awareness about National Healthcare Decisions Day, and is an opportunity for others to connect about facing end-of-life issues.

The watch party will take place in the church parlor. Masks will be required and seating will be spread out as needed.

Greencastle Presbyterian Church is located at 653 S. CR 100 East, just to the north of the Putnam County Playhouse.
